Earl,
Have been using Signal's Stockedge for equities and find it rather
inexpensive and reliable.  Probably moreso if I had a cable modem or ISDN
line.  The copper is relatively new in this area so it really depends on
your ISP and how many are logged on. which is fewer during the trading day.
Charts load rather slowly though, but that may be a function of my computer
and how many web sites you're logged onto simultaneously.
