>From the information I have Neely trades and makes money. 

His rules are quite structured and rigid and there are a lot of them. You
need to be very thorough and one market takes a long time to work through -
it is not a method for the lazy.  I know one guy who traded his way and
until his own personal problems got too big he made good money.
