Hi,
I would like to buy this book. It is not listed in Traders Press. I tried to
online bookshops who both listed it on their web sites as "in stock" (Elder
and Barnesandnoble.com) but they both came back that it was out of print.
Elder said, they tried to locate it for me without success. Could you or
somebody do me the favor and contact the author and ask him where and how to
get it. I live in South Florida.
