   CQG is highly recommended for Advanced Get RT, but is expensive if
you are already running (and have paid for) TS 4.0.  Otherwise figure
you are spending about $200/month for CQG's software and the rest for
the real time feed for a total of about $600 per, not counting another
$200/mos for Adv.Get RT.
