I have moved all my IRA money to a trustee that allows options
futures and short sells.
I have been using Rydex funds to go long/short, and
found this site that may be interesting for some folks here.

It is an interesting use of neural net signals and Rydex funds
to time the market.
I expect sideways to down for next 6 + months, and am
trying to configure my investments to make money in
what could be a longer term downtrend.
