Is there any more to your story.  The firm policy of doing options on a
cash basis only is "a policy".  The exchange doesn't require cash on
hand....it is merely a policy.  Options can actually be paid for as a
reg T trade...T + 3...so the initial trade is legal and the bust is
legal according to general reg ..t.  However there has to be more tour
story...what other history or account activity do you have with schwab?
