Save it as a .txt file from your browser, and it is quite easy to
write a program to parse the data, convert the format as required and
update your daily data files.
For a more convenient format (a zipped .csv file), you could try
http://www.bigboard.com
They also have stocks, indices and mutual funds. You can sign up for
a months free trial, then it's $39.95 for six months of daily access
to all of the above That ought to be cheap enough. They also have
every contract that's traded - not just the nearby months.
