This message is primary directed to AOL and Compuserve members but may apply to any member whose ISP limits their amount of messages received.
If you DO NOT regularly view your mail on a timely basis, and your mailbox becomes full, your 'fullness' causes problems to our server. An error message is generated to anyone who tries to send a post to the RT's forum. Therefore, if you do not regularly read your mail, and your full mailbox causes these errors, I will have to unsubscribe you from our server.... sorry.
The best way to avoid such a situation is to:
1. Read your mail.
2. Delete your old mail before your mailbox becomes full.
3. Switch to the RT's Digest format, see my signature below for directions. If you switch to digest, you will only receive 1 (one) RT's post per day. This post will be a file that contains all posts sent to the forum in a 24 hour period. I strongly recommend this method if you are going on vacation for a few days or longer. It greatly simplifies your email messages for easy viewing. Once you get back, you can simple switch back to the regular format to receive your RT messages. The only drawback, for some, is the ability to view charts that are sent to the forum through the digest. Usually you will have to decode them individually, if your server does not do it automatically. A good program for such decoding is call XferPro by Sabasoft and can be downloaded on the internet at:
