In re: BMI and DTN b/a, From what I recall, the futures 'last trade' comes
across at the same time (within visual observation limits). On DTN, (AgDaily
or Instant, realtime on either) at least, it seemed as if the bid/ask would
only come across sporadically; i.e., there wasn't any way to select and get
the current b/a continually. I don't know if their current capability
