Sorry to hear this happened.  I frequent some of the tech Win95/IE newsgroups and have
seen many similar stories.  I posted to this effect on RT a few days ago but a couple of
other people posted that they did not have any problems.  IE 4 makes MAJOR changes to the
Win95 UI and many system components.  Wait until it is debugged before trying it out...
