Spoke to Melody Blaise,
She said it's the scheduler for historybank-
When I installed the program (SP5) , then installed the esignal plugin for
tradestation-
I should have disable the download from historybank in the 'scheduler'
before I installed the plugin.
So I'll have to either do a "tools" run setup wizard, or, re-install,
disable the automatic download before installing the plugin...
I'll give it a try.
