Time & Sales of Russell 2000

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know if the ICE provides Time and Sales information on their 
website for end of day reviewing?
Or,

Does anyone know if the Time & Sales window in Trade Station 8.3 can be 
stopped for review?  The data scrolls too quickly for me and I don't 
seem to be able to find a way to stop or save it.
