Another persistent problem not corrected in 1631:
When opening offline, most often you get the message: "Invalid symbol or
you're working offline".
To fix that, you have to go to the task manager, processes, and delete files
starting with OR and
WHServer.
Or, perhaps that is not an error and they want prevent you from opening
offline if you're not eligible
to open online? Because they have known about it for a very long time and
still have not fixed it.

Reading the messages on the support site, it appears that build 1630 had
serious problems. It appears that it screws up the data in the cache.
They say you need to switch to build 1631 and delete all the data in your
data cache.
I would guess that a fresh install would be better than an upgrade
install.
I am sticking to Build 1419 for now...
