I agree with DH, I believe that is something your software should do or does
or something your broker does for you. One reason why I find it also
important to use these kind of orders is that a bad tick might have
triggered your order and if you do not protect yourself against it you might
end up with a position you would have not have.

I don't recall stop limits ever being native to Globex but rather being
something the brokerage software has to implement -- hold the order on
your computer or the broker's computer and send the limit order to
Globex when the price is touched.
