For those of you who have a desperate need to use internet explorer or email
during trading hours (and do not have a dedicated machine for doing this,
e.g. if one is travelling and only has a laptop) then the free VMplayer with
one of the free "VM appliances" (pre build environment) is an ideal
solution.

Updating the software in the "virtual appliance" requires the VM
