How can I programmatically add stocks to, or delete stocks from, a
RadarScreen, based upon conditions that may occur during the trading
day? For example, suppose I want to add stocks that make an opening
range breakout as those breakouts occur, so that the list of stocks
in the RadarScreen always contains exactly those stocks that have
broken out of their opening range?
