Why spend time and money developing it when you can buy a program that will

Hi,
for a discretionary trader practicing his system is the most important task
to enhence his skills but it is also the most time consuming.
With all the potent capacity on this list here why is there not made a
concerted effort to develop a program, which
a) could replay the data already stored ?
or, at least
b) which allows one to scroll different time charts simultaneously in TS2ki
(f.i. I scroll the 1"chart bars and then after 5 bars the 5"chart advances
to the next bar, then the 15"chart etc.) ?
On the TS8 Forum this is also a constant topic since years but nobody seems
to do something about it ? Can it not be done ?
Any thoughts ?
