I think that Alex said it best: "There aren't useless tools, only useless
appliers of those tools." and I must put myself firmly in the latter
category when it comes to JMA. Alex and Bob F have the smarts to understand
the inner workings of these complex tools and design systems to suit,
whereas the best I can hope for is to try whatever seems like a good idea
and test it, a sort of crude 'brute force' approach if you will.

Anybody remember 'Bilo Selhi'? He indicated that he was getting good results
from JMA but he would not divulge any detail of how he was doing that or
what his results were. He too seemed to understand the inner workings of
these mathematically-complex indicators.
