Does TS 4 work with the IB data feed? This thread has got me thinking.
I've been using TS 2000i for many years, but I still have TS 4 and the
dongle and might give it a try on my backup computer.

Sherrill, the interface is prettier in 2000i and there are more
features, more studies, bigger symbol universe ( though outdated now),
but I do remember TS 4 as being leaner, meaner, and less of a resource
hog. I suppose it depends on your requirements as to which is better.

Unfortunately TS2ki has many issues that will cause you problems. I would say far more than 13,000 bar limit and Dynastor.

Is it worth the trouble to switch from TS4 to 2000i? I've used TS4 for
over 10 years (albeit at about 5% of its capacity) and the prospect of
simplifing the data feed (eSignal thru Dynastor), no 13,000 bar limits,
etc., by switching is tempting. Can someone enlighten me or throw cold
water on me? If this is too boring for the list please email me privately.

TIA
