I use Ultra Hall Text-to-Speech Reader.
It allows to select gender, tone, volume, etc. for the voice file
and to choose the name of the file and location (e.g. c:/alerts/buy.wav).

Might anyone know a source for free sound files that are useful for
trading? I'm thinking along the lines of a voice saying "bought",
"sold", "filled" etc, that could be used with IB TWS, TradeStation,
etc..
