I had the same problem with no working export function but Jimmy's reinstall
fixed it up. So I think I would recommend that.

Phil,

That part about export doesn't work kind of bothers me. Oh well lets
skip it for now. Go to C:\Program Files\Omega Research and copy these
folders. Server folder (or at least the small files under Server
folder such as ctlist.dat and the PDS folder) to the new computer.
Then if you want your indicators and systems copy the MyWork folder.
If you have made changes in Omega's list of Exchanges then copy the
Universe folder.

So bottom line put them back when they came from after you install
Ts2ki to the new unit and at least copy PDS and the small list of
files under server cause that has your symbols list in it. Data is no
good without symbols.

Jimmy

Hello List,

I would appreciate your guidance...

I would like to transfer data from one computer to another and since the
source computer's export function is not working... need to find the
data
in Windows Explorer(What file/folder?) and when

I find it, can I copy the file and then put it into tradestation 2000i on
another computer?

Thank you,
