ya know mike, nothing's really changed with the ts platform since i bought it in 1994. eleven yrs later and you get the same ole s***. wonderful, you still have to refresh your system because the graphics subsystem signals a trade but the data subsystem doesn't when the system is refreshed. mark brown among many others, have warned people about this bug for over a decade! i don't take a trade until i flush or refresh the system when the graphics module signals a trade...i've seen my share on vanishing signals using ts. i'm thinking that the quote value used to generate signals in the graphics module is different when it's saved by the server module (and then the signal goes poof! after one refreshes the system)...i thought that ts8 had double precision to eliminate this kind single precision flakiness!

if this bug still exists after all these yrs, then the platform is fatally flawed...

Refreshing the data causes you to have signals go
off on different bars, different time stamps, the
signal to not generate at all, and best of all
thanks to Tradestation's Built-in, "SHOW THE BEST
CASE" algorithm, trades that should NOT have gone
off at all.
