need last year's IB workstation file

I mistakenly upgraded my IB workstation....their "improvements" have made
all my mouse wheel scroll add-on's disfunctional and un-fixable.. And the
only old one I have is 2003, which will not work anymore. I wonder if some
kind soul out there might send me a 2004 vintage IB workstation instalation
file?
