Careful about using that prime rate file for past meeting dates. It only
shows dates where the rate changed so meetings where there was no change
don't show up. As it happens, they raised rates at every meeting this
year so it doesn't miss any. Here's a link to the FOMC calendar, showing
all the meetings from 1996 to 2006.
