RE: TS2000i Help needed - Load Next Symbol resets First Date

Yes - I tried this and it didn't help.

I then reinstalled TS200i and it started working ok again for an hour or so
- then a few minutes ago it reverted back to just showing 3 days of data
again.

So now whenever I create a new TS chart the "first date" defaults to 2 days
ago so unless I manually change it I only get 3 days plotted instead of the
normal TS default of 500 days.

Also, when I click the "Load Next Symbol" icon I get only 3 days of data
showing instead of 500.

The data files are ok - the same symbols were showing 500 days of data on
the screen half an hour ago and they have not been altered.

Does anyone know how to reset the TS default of 500 days of data?

thanks
Brian

Brian,

Did you try using the open new chart then your first symbol and set it
how you want it then choose use compression settings as default for
this symbol. Maybe that will fix it for all of them.
