Robert,
You probably have a AGP slot and may have a free PCI slot. Whichever
will work fine. Just get a dual/twin card for one or the other and go
for it. AGP is better but PCI works fine. All of them will work with
VGA monitors. It is really hard to find a monitor that wont work
unless it dates to 1983.
