Open of the day session, 8:30 AM Chicago time, on the Thursday before
the 2nd Friday of the month - Sept. 9 this time.
It sounds like a screwy formula but the contract expires on the 3rd
Friday of the month and the convention for the rollover is the open 8
calendar days before that.
