Trend lines not displaying correctly

After a loss of electric power last week, my Omega software is not
displaying trend lines correctly. Where they should be thin or dashed lines
they are double thick and solid. I think that this happened once before. It
seems like I just reinstalled the software and that fixed it. I'm wondering
if I reinstall the software if I will lose my drawing work and other
analysis or if there is a better way of fixing the problem.
