EOD data providers

I'm looking for a provider of quality US EOD stock data.
I don't expect anything free but:
- automatic split adjustments
- automatic handling of delisted, new or renamed symbols
- export to MetaStock. Not just 1 symbol at the time or something
similar
- 2 years historical data
