Can someone suggest a datafeed that can provide realtime (and history, if it
can) t&s data for US stocks, which should include the bid, ask and traded
exchange (along with the normal tick elements that we receive from eSignal,
etc)? I would like to be able to write indicators and logic using
bid/ask/trade exchange as an element just as we use OHL and C.
