Re: Options program question

Hi Jerry,

having traded options professionally for more than a decade, I have tried a
lot of things. OptionStation, while looking pleasing to the eye, really is
one of the most useless options programs I know. OptionVue
www.optionvue.com, OTOH, is probably the best of the lot, and one of the
few analysis programs still being actively maintained by their developers.
BayOptions have closed down, and www.Optionomics.com does not look very much
alive, either. There is also OptionPro
(http://www.essextrading.com/option_pro.htm); I remember I used to like it
years ago, but it does not seem to have made much progress since.

As of late, internet-based services such as www.poweropt.com and
www.ivolatility.com more and more offer a range of functionality comparable
to the pc-based analysis programs.

Best regards,

Michael Suesserott
