Does anyone here have any idea what the underlying cause is of the CME data
outages? Since it has occurred on two consecutive days, twice so far today,
it would appear NOT to be simply a rare transient glitch but, rather, a
systemic problem.
Also, the notice from TradeStation said the data gaps would not be filled
"because the outage affected all vendors". Maybe so, but the data ARE
available - I just checked the CME's time-&-sales file for yesterday and
there is no gap there.
