I also like the part before that sentence, which says:

"I reserve the right to refuse and/or deny sharing this knowledge with the
winning bidder based on a series of questions that will be asked of all
inquirers."

Isn't this just a subtle way of saying "I'm going to take your money and
run"?  I think the only people to have that kind of money, but are stupid
enough to buy this system are the lucky bastards who won a multi-million
dollar lottery.

Then again, considering that his three most recent sales went for USD10 or
so each, if he can find just one sucker he's laughing for a year ;-)
