TS2000i error messages

TS2000i gives me the following messages nearly every day unless I reboot 
before the market opens:

Orchart MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close.

and

QRQuoteMonitor has encountered a problem and needs to close.

necessitating a reboot.  Other than rebooting before the market opens, any 
suggestions?
