It looks like the following would be the EasyLanguage equivalent.
If Close > (Highest(Higest(High, 1)[1] * 1.0050 then
Buy this bar on Close;
You can replace the "Higest(High, 1)[1]" par of the statement with just
"High[1]" in this particular case.
