The really alarming thing with CSI is the fact that starting some time
ago they changed their data service to something very disappointing -
just 10 years of history instead of former entire database that they
had. Now, in order to get the service they provided before, you have
to pay 10 times the former price. So in order to maintain the data
going back to where it used to go before, you can't upgrade the UA
software because newer versions will automatically cut your data. I
learned this the hard way: upgraded the software and found that I lost
majority of their historical data, and was left with just 10 years.
The rest of the day was spent restoring everything the way it was from
disk images...

We have been their loyal customers since the days of QuickTrieve.
Looks like you really can't trust anyone...
