The Solutioni: Com 1 "unable to allocate queues" TS4 won't start up

Turned out that the Input Queue (Server,Tools,Options,Comport...Input Queue)
size had been reset to zero when TS4 crashed. but I couldn't get into the
server to check anything(or find that problem). Eventually I removed the
com port the data was flowing through, and in the time the server was
checking for a different com port(before the error message came up and shut
it down again) I got into Tools, Options and with the help of another error
message that came up about the Input Queue, changed the Input Queue from 0
to 30 k and that fixed the problem. Two hours lost.

Hope this helps someone else in the future.

John
