It doesn't make much difference who advertises the product, you or your
friend and
therefore is not acceptable.

Also, I find it hard to believe that your friend doesn't know about the
existence
of the parabolic indicator which is practically identical to your friend's
ShowMe
and is in public domaine.
Also, your friend's ShowMe is free only until 1/1/03.
