Start reading a book of for instance Van K. Tharp or some other
book about trading psychology. That (for my idea) is where you
will find the secret of a succesfull trader. Wich then might suggest
following a course like Tharp gives (or any other mental coach like
course)

Even from a very bad course you can learn from that guy's mistakes :-)
If it's value for the $ is maybe another question.... it will depend
on how many $ you have and how much you value each $ :-)
