Here is a site that offers a free guide you can request that covers the
various steps and regulations in regards to establishing a hedge fund. There
are other sites as well that can offer information that can be accessed
pretty easily with a web search. Unfortunately, advertising your returns in
a non-registered fund is a no-no so you have to be careful on how your
present and market your strategy.
