I am trying to find an ELS that computes the number of days till a
time-series reaches a certain level..
based on an approximation of acceleration/deceleration and current
rate-of-change.

Specifically, I am trying to determine when the Nasdaq 100 will reach zero
based on it's present ROC and change in ROC.
