Historybank.com download error

I receive the following errors occasionally when I download data from
Historybank.com:-

1.  "The Indices (Distribution) file for 02/19/2001 was not found."
2.  "The Indices (Trade Record 1 Tick) file for 02/19/2001 was not
found."

How do I solve the above problems. Thanks.
