Plotting 8 digit data

I downloaded some advancing and declining issues volume data from t2t.
The data is 8 digits in length(all to the left of the decimal and all
positve).

When I plot the data, half of the data points are negative. I assume
it's
because TS4 is going bonkers after 7 digits due to floating point
errors.

How can I plot this data properly? I'm using the Signal offline server
and
the data is ascii.
