Security error, no valid password

Have been using this link and following "on-line help" and
all I find under that page is phone numbers and no email
address for tech help. Using the phone number, mentions
their busy and help will be 8mins and 20 seconds. 25mins
later still listening to music thats getting really old!

Suggestions please,
