I am trying to access RCGexpress. I login and click on Launch Java Client
and I receive the following error message:
A runtime error has occurred.
Do you wish to debug?

Error: win.document is null or not an object.
I am using Windows 2000 with Service Pack 1 and Internet Explorer 6.
I have the Microsoft Virtual Machine Hotfix for Windows 2000 (dated 4 March
2002) installed.
Has anyone had a similar experience or know what might be causing this error
message?
