Alert tracking in TS2ki

Hello omega-list,

  I can't seem to find a way to open a sytem and alert tracking
  window.  Should be File/New.../alert tracking...i think.

  Could it be that I elected to no install that feature when I
  re-installed  Don't remember doing that.

  Ideas?  thanks.
