Value Area

Hi All,
Does anyone have the code or know how to write the code to work out the
"value area". Value Area is the range of price where 70% of the previous day
's volume took place. I want to work out the value area using 5min tic data
BUT plot the lines (the two extremes of the 70% area) on a 30min chart, is
this possible in TradeStation ?
