As an aside, because part of the question has been answered already, you might
want to know that any program you don't originally install through the Windows
add/remove facility will not appear there, and as equally frustrating if you
don't remove a program using that same facility ( say you use the programs own
remove program directly ) it will forever be on the installed list.
