Had the same problem not long ago. I don't trade it so it didn't matter, but what I did is delete the symbol and allow the symbol collection template to add it that night. Works fine now. I could see prices but data was not saved and now it is. You got me. DTN sends p codes about three times a day they told me so I guess it has to do with how it is set up. I think I used the Omega data. Should have known better.

Here is a strange one. TS2000 has been showing the @NQH2 updating in Radar
Screen but it is not storing any of the @NQH2 ticks in the GS. I had DTN
resend the P code and that did not make any difference. All the other H2
cme futures are storing correctly. Does anyone have a suggestion what the
problem might be?
