Open of Tomorrow

(unsure if this went through may be double post)

I need help on the how to input the Open of  tomorrow
using end of the day data. Example:

Buy at Open of Tomorrow + .62*truerange;

If after getting  Monday's daily data  I want to input
the Open of Tuesday  when trading begins so I can have
TS calculate my entry price for that day.  

How can this be done?
